Genuine replacement pool temperature sensor for compatible Ascon MS3D solar pool heating controllers.
 
The sensor measures the pool water temperature and sends the reading to the controller, allowing it to determine when solar heating is required. The standard MS3D controller compares the pool and roof temperatures before operating the solar heating pump.
 
Compatibility
 
• Ascon MS3D Multi-Solar Controller – grey model
• Ascon MS3D-UD Up-Down Solar Controller – blue model, where it is used as the Up/Pool temperature sensor

The sensor installation requires a 12.5mm (1/2-inch) hole for the rubber pipe grommet.
