Ascon MS3D Roof Temperature Sensor – AC32368
 
Genuine replacement roof temperature sensor for compatible Ascon MS3D solar pool heating controllers.
 
On the standard MS3D controller, the sensor measures the temperature at the solar collector. The controller compares the pool and roof temperatures to determine when solar heating can operate.
 
On the blue MS3D-UD controller, this sensor is used as the Down temperature sensor to measure water returning from the solar collectors.

Ascon MS3D-UD Up-Down Solar Controller – blue model, where it is used as the Down temperature sensor

Important Compatibility Information
 
This is the Roof/Down temperature sensor. It is not the separate Pool/Up temperature sensor, SKU AC32367.
 
The cable is normally identified by its grey colouring with a dark stripe; however, cable colours may vary between production versions. Please confirm your controller model and required sensor position before ordering.
 
Installation differs between the standard MS3D and MS3D-UD controllers. Follow the installation instructions supplied for your specific controller model.
