Boss Solar VacRel Valve
 
The Boss Solar 40mm VacRel® is a high-performance Vacuum Pressure Relief Valve designed for solar pool heating systems. It enables filtered air to enter the system effortlessly when the pump turns off.
 
Without a VacRel®, water may struggle to return to the pool, creating significant negative pressure. This can lead to vacuum crushing of the solar collector and, in some cases, damage to PVC pressure pipes. The VacRel® prevents this by allowing filtered air to replace outgoing water, reducing the risk of internal splits or leaks caused by vacuum crush.
