Liquid Lithium Spa Sanitiser 
 
Liquid Lithium is an effective and easy-to-use spa and pool sanitiser.
 
Benefits of using Bond Liquid Lithium:
 
1. Safer:
The main spa sanitiser alternatives are Bromine, Dichlor and Poppits:
Bromine is more odourous than chlorine and is associated with skin irritation
Dichlor accumulates cyanuric acid – demanding regular water dumping otherwise unsafe green water develops
Poppits are Hydrogen Peroxide – the vapours of which can burn lung & eye tissue (a nasty chemical to handle)
 
And, Liquid Lithium has minimal odour
 
2. Easier:
Use the measuring chamber in the bottle to dose the correct amount every time
No need to wait for any solid to dissolve – Liquid Lithium is effective immediately. Pour & Go!
 
3. Cheaper:
Dichlor is much less stable in water than Liquid Lithium – so you end up using a lot more of it
Dichlor/Bromine are properly acidic and so need “pH Up” to continually balance water – not to mention the expensive corrosion of spa equipment (eg. Heaters)
Dichlor causes cyanuric acid accumulation in spa water – demanding regular water dumping
 
4. Best for your spa:
Chlorine (including Liquid Lithium) is scientifically proven to be a more effective sanitiser than each of the main spa sanitiser alternatives (Wojtowicz 2001, USA)
Bromine – “bromine is in general less effective than chlorine against bacteria and viruses”
Dichlor – “higher concentrations of cyanuric acid can reduce the disinfection rate”
Hydrogen Peroxide – “Hydrogen peroxide by itself is a very poor disinfectant (Block 1991)
 
5. Zero Residue:
Bromine and Dichlor are both poor dissolving solids
Liquid Lithium is fully dissolved and works immediately – producing a crystal clear and sparkling spa or pool water!
 
6. Efficient Dosing:
Approx 20 mls per day/per use for 1000L spa
Target approx. 3ppm as measured by commonly available test strip
Scale dosage rate to the applicable spa size (L volume)
