Palintest DPD 1 Photometer Tablets are genuine AP011 reagent tablets designed for measuring free chlorine in swimming pools, spas and other treated water using a compatible Palintest photometer.
 
Each tablet produces the DPD colour reaction required by the photometer to calculate the free chlorine concentration. The individually sealed tablets help protect the reagent from moisture and contamination between tests.

COMPATIBILITY
 
Designed for Palintest photometers and other water-testing instruments whose operating instructions specify Palintest AP011 or DPD 1 photometer reagent tablets.
 
Please check your photometer manual before ordering. AP011 photometer tablets should not be confused with Palintest AT010 DPD 1 Rapid tablets used with certain visual testing systems.
 
GENERAL TESTING METHOD
 
Prepare and zero the photometer using the water sample, following the instrument instructions.
Add one DPD 1 tablet to the specified volume of water.
Crush and dissolve the tablet completely.
Place the sample tube into the photometer.
Select the appropriate free chlorine or bromine test program and record the result.
 
Always follow the testing procedure and sample volume specified in your photometer manual.
