Manufactured in Australia by Pool Controls, the Saltigem SG Series converts salt or mineral salts dissolved in the pool water into chlorine. Its reverse-polarity self-cleaning cell helps reduce calcium build-up, while the integrated controls allow you to adjust chlorine production and filtration operating times.

Operating requirements
 
The Saltigem SG Series requires a minimum salt level of approximately 3,000ppm. Salt levels should remain below 7,500ppm. Correct water balance and salinity must be maintained to protect the cell and achieve reliable chlorine production.
 
Choosing the correct chlorinator depends on pool volume, climate, water temperature and usage. In warmer Australian conditions, selecting additional chlorine capacity can help prevent the chlorinator from operating continuously at maximum output.
